Don't mind bigots, they're ignorant - Yinka Aluko
The ?prayer which was held at the Ikokoro mosque along Niger road was attended by Islamic clerics, party supporters as well as well wishers.
Speaking with journalists shortly after the prayer, Mallam Yinka Aluko condemned religious fanatism as adopted by some Islamic groups calling on Muslims to vote for a particular party.
He described the act as an ignorant attempt capable of generating religious disharmony among citizens stressing that he came from a renown family that has contributed immensely to the growth of Islam in the state.
Aluko therefore urged Kwarans to disregard such unfounded and frivolous publications and vote for candidates of the PDP to further provide succour for the people of the state.
