Saraki Moves Senate Forward Through Transparency, Says Consultant
The former Governor of Kwara State, and Senator representing Kwara Central Senatorial district Dr Bukola Saraki has been described as a leader who had re-positioned the Upper Chamber of the National Assembly for
effectiveness through his agitation for removal of oil subsidy.
A Human Resources Consultant and fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Alhaji Ibrahim Abdullahi, stated this in a statement issued out in Ilorin and made available to journalists.
Abdullahi noted that the former governor during his tenure as the Kwara Governor ensured that the state allocation was utilised and this made him to recorded excellent achievements.
"As he moves to Upper Chambers of the National Legislature as a Senator, his impact is being felt not only by Kwara state but by all Nigerians in areas of transparency in financial management, arrest of environmental degradation and ecological disaster in the country.
"His advocacy for the channeling of the nation's resources to profitable venture that could enhance the nation's economy and his activities in boosting the positive image of the nation within and abroad are noted in the polity," he stressed.
Abdullahi who congratulatned Saraki as he marks 50 years anniversary described him as a dynamic public administrator who is committed to people's empowerment and prudent economy.
