The Offa Descendants' Union, O.D.U., heartily congratulates Hajiya Nuratu Jimoh Batagarawa on her successful retirement at the peak of her career as the Permanent Secretary from Ministry of Defence after many years of selfless service and dedication to the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Hajiya Nuratu, a noble woman of valor and virtues with a beautifully decorated and award laden career, is a distinguished pride of Offa and a special breed of homosapien whose global footprints can stand the test of time.
