Femi Adebayo To Stage a Play Featuring Top Nollywood Actors
Nollywood actors, Odunlade Adekola, Muyiwa Ademola, Fathia Balogun, Ronke Odusanya to feature in a play titled 'Asa Wa' in Kwara State.
Nollywood actor and the Special Adviser to the Kwara State Governor on Culture and Tourism, Femi Adebayo Salami, is set to make the whole world focus on Kwara State.
The actor who is saddled with the responsibility to promote the culture and tourism of Kwara state is planning a stage drama titled 'Asa wa'. The actor who is popularly known as 'Jelili' broke the news of the play in a press conference.
In his explanation about the event, 'Asa wa' is a stage play that highlights the unity in the diversities of Kwara State and it will be performed by by top Nollywood actors as well as Kwara State Arts and council troupe.
The purpose of staging the play also include showcasing the cultural and tourist sites in Kwara state with the aim of making them attract local and foreign investors.
Nollywood Actors, Fathia Williams, Ronke Odusanya, Dotun Taylor and Aisha Lawal were at the press conference. They are part of the Nollywood actors who are cast in the play. Other include: Yinka Quadiri, Odunlade Adekola, Muyiwa Ademola, Golugo, Sanyeri, Lateef Adedimeji and several others.
The stage Drama, 'Asa wa' will take place on Friday the 27th of May 2016. Venue: Banquet Hall, opposite Kwara Stat Government House, Ilorin Kwara State.
