Kwara Gov condoles with Engr. Musa Yeketi over son's death

Date: 2022-03-23

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has commiserated with former Commissioner of Education and APC chieftain Engineer Musa Yeketi on the "unfortunate death" of his son, Engr. Nafiu Yeketi.

In a statement Tuesday night, the Governor described the incident as both tragic and saddening, and appealed to the politician to take it with full faith in Allah's predestination. "It is our prayer to Allah to comfort Engineer Musa Yeketi and his family at this trying moment. That was indeed a very tragic incident. The late civil engineer was full of life and a pride of the family. However, we are unable to question God's appointed time for every soul. May Allah repose the soul of the 28-year-old Engineer Nafiu, comfort and look after his wife and the young children, as well as the larger family," the statement added.
