KWASU appoints Oyinloye as Pioneer Alumni President

Peter Damilare OYINLOYE, a pioneer Computer Science graduate of Kwara State University, Malete, Kwara State was appointed as the first and pioneer President of KWASU ALUMNI ASSOCIATION(KAA).

The Vice Chancellor ,Prof. AbdulRasheed Na'Allah in his Convocation speech commended Mr. Oyinloye for his leadership qualities,global interest and the willingness to give back to his community. He started that his tenure begins on the 1st of June,2013 and that the University is indeed proud of him.

Prior to this appointment,Mr Oyinloye as represented KWASU as the First Google Student Ambassador for a period of 1 year ,INDIAFRICA Campus Representative (A program that is supported in Nigeria by the Lagos Business School and AIESEC Nigeria). Also Mr , Oyinloye serves as the Brand Ambassador of Student Online Competitions ,a web-based platform for sharing scholarship opportunities among Students. And so many other more.

Speaker House of Representative ,Aminu Waziri Tambuwal ,Dr Abdulfatah Ahmed (Executive Governor ,Kwara State) , Senator Bukola Saraki ,Emir of Ilorin , Olofo of Offa ,Olomu of Omu-Aran ,Prof. Ibrahim Gambari(Chancellor), Professor Kofi Awoonor and so many other dignitaries both from within and outside the country graced the occasion.
