Kwara United's head coach, Ashifat Suleiman, has lauded his team's courage and determination following their 2-0 triumph over Plateau United during a matchday 12 fixture in Ilorin on Sunday.

The victory was powered by a stellar performance from Emmanuel Ogbole, who netted twice to secure the win.

Speaking after the game, Suleiman praised his players, stating, “The team showed immense resolve and gave everything to secure this result.”

“The boys took the game to the opponents, and their resilience brought us the desired result,” Suleiman stated to Kwara United's media.

Kwara United climbed up to seventh position on the league table with 17 points from 12 matches.

The Harmony Boys will next face Bendel Insurance at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City on Sunday.
