Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has commiserated with the Idera community in Ifelodun local government and the APC family on the sudden death of a prominent chieftain of the party in the state Dr. Julius Ola-Peters.

In a statement on Thursday, the Governor said the death of the APC House of Assembly aspirant is shocking and devastating.

“We mourn with the people of Idera, especially the immediate family of Dr. Ola-Peters, as well as the APC family in Ile-Ire District and Kwara State. This is one death too many. Dr. Ola-Peters was a fine gentleman and an energetic party stalwart. His death is a great loss not just to his community but to the party as a whole,” the Governor said in a statement.
