Kwara State Monthly Sanitation Exercise Holds Saturday 27th February, 2021

This is to inform the general public that the monthly sanitation exercise for the Month of February will hold on Saturday from 7am to 9am.

Members of the public are enjoined to fully participate in the sanitation exercise by cleaning their residential and business environments.

Everybody is expected to stay at home to clean up their surroundings.

The monitoring agencies will be on ground to monitor the compliance and it will be strictly observed across all the 16 local governments in the State.

There will be no vehicular and human movement, except those on essential assignment.

Anyone who violates the Environmental Law would be made to face Mobile Court. Waste management trucks will be on the street for waste collection and disposal to the the final dumpsite during the exercise in the Ilorin metropolis.
