The Prophet and Founder of St. Moses Orimolade Cherubim and Seraphim Church, Osere Area, Ilorin, Gabriel Josaya and two other people: Gabriel Moyosore and Yunusa Sa'ad Ayinla have been remanded in prison by a Chief Magistrate's Court in Ilorin, Kwara State over alleged possession of a human head.

The accused persons had been allegedly going to the Muslim cemetery in the Osere Area since year 2009 where they usually remove human skulls and sell to different buyers usually at the rate of N8,000 per skull.

The prosecution said, "The last head which was sold at the rate of N6,000 was found with Gabriel Moyosore who claimed to be a native doctor. Police investigation also revealed that the three accused persons confessed to the commission of the crime."

Pastor Gabriel, Yunusa Sa'ad Ayinla and Gabriel Moyosore who were arraigned over criminal conspiracy and unlawful possession of human head, offenses that are punishable under sections 97 and 219 of penal code law, pleaded not guilty. Magistrate K.A. Yahaya ordered their remand at Federal Prison Oke-Kura and adjourned the case to March 10.
