The Kwara State Ministry of Health is set to commence free medical screenings across the 16 local government areas of the state, following the directive from Governor Mallam AbdulRahaman AbdulRazaq. Dr. Amina Ahmed El-Imam, the State Commissioner for Health, made the announcement during a press briefing at her office in Ilorin over the weekend.
Dr. El-Imam highlighted that the screenings are part of the governor's ongoing efforts to provide accessible healthcare services to the people of Kwara, especially the underprivileged.
