Sarkin Driver of Ilorin laid to rest

The late Sarkin Driver of Ilorin, Alhaji Saliu Olarongbe, has been laid to rest, ROYAL NEWS can confirm.

The Janazah prayer which was performed at exactly 11:25am was witnessed by mammoth crowd, led by the chief Imam of Ilorin, Alhaji Muhammad Bashir Soliu, at the deceased#d residence at Ita-Adu area, Gambari, Ilorin.

Present at the prayer were traditonalchiefs fro. The Ilorinemirate, community leaders, top government functionaries, clerics, family members and sympathisers from across the nation.

The late Sarkin driver died at the early hours of Monday after a brief illness.
