Soleye, Others Commend Olofa

The Bobagunwa of Offa and the Chairman of Council of Elders of Offa Descendants' Union (ODU) Dr. J. D. Soleye has described the Olofa of Offa, Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi Esuwoye II as a great achiever considering his catalogue of achievements within the last two years.

According to Soleye, the monarch has done well in the area of communal effort and promotion of peace and unity in the area, urrging residents to reciprocate the monarch's good gesture by being law abiding.

An Offa community leader and an ex-officio of the National Leadership of Offa Descendants' Union (ODU), Chief (Mrs.) Wosilat Tinuke Macarthy has applauded Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi saying the Oba has proved himself to be a worthy traditional ruler.

The Secretary of Ilorin Branch of Offa Descendants' Union (ODU), Chief Fasasi Kolawole, on behalf of members of the union in Ilorin said the Oba was ready to transform the town and enjoined the people to join hands with him.

The Asoju Oba of Offa, Chief Alhaji Moshood Adeniyi who drummed support for Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi Esuwoye II said it is by so doing that the ancient town could be moved forward.
