Kwara United this afternoon played a one-one draw with Sunshine Stars in Ijebu-Ode.

There were no goals in the first half. Sunshine Stars drew the first blood through an Ibrahim Ajani goal while the visitors equalised through Obiorah Christopher.

The referee awarded Sunshine Stars a controversial penalty after ten minutes of extra time with no body contact. However, Kwara United's goalkeeper saved the penalty.
