Press Release - 2015 Polls: APC takes campaign to the neighborhood

Date: 2015-03-22

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State has taken it campaign to the streets where its volunteers are meeting Nigerians in the neighborhood in an attempt to garner more votes for the party as the first election is just few days away.

Kayode Oyin-Zubair, Coordinator of the #DeliverYourStreet# initiative and Head of Program, Mandate 2015 in Kwara State said during the campaign in Ilorin on Saturday that the party leadership placed high premium on every vote and that account for the neighborhood campaign.

"We are reaching to our voters on individual basis because our party and the leadership believe that every vote counts, therefore we need to explain to them the welfarist packages of our party.

"We are as well telling them why Buhari/Osinbajo and APC should be voted in the coming election and in all elections. We have successfully exploded all fallacies and falsehood the opposition has been spreading over time. We are confident of victory with all mechanisms that we have put in place.

"Change is inevitable and we have started treading the path of change. The vehicle for change is our progressive party, APC and the vehicle will take off on March 28. Nigerians will enjoy in a cruise ride and all that have eluded us in recent time will be restored by the grace of God", he enthused.

Zubair said the one-on-one campaign will take centre stage in the days ahead and that they will carry the message to the remotest part of the state.
