Kwara South APC woos aggrieved members.

The Kwara South Council of Elders’ committee has appealed to the aggrieved members of All Progressives Congress (APC0 during their last congress conducted in the state to come back to the fold.

The Committee said further that the party conducted the congress in order to really foster unity among members.

According to a communiqué issued  by the committee at their inaugural meeting made available to The Herald yesterday, the committee appreciated the development effort being carried out by Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed in Kwara South in particular and Kwara State.

The committee also lauded the effort of the governor on youth development especially the vocational centre at Ajale-Ipo and the recent employment of youth by his administration.

The communiqué added that the Council of Elders committee, Kwara South will soon embark on tour of Local governments to sensitize their party members on the kind of cooperation the leader is expecting from them.

The committee, however, congratulated their teeming party members for smooth conduct of just concluded ward and local governments congresses present at the inaugural meeting where Alhaji Yusuf Aiyedun, Chairman; Otunba Moses Musa Afolayan, Secretary; Hon Engr Kola Shittu; Sir Chief James B. Ayeni; Hon. Alhaji Kola Yusuf; Hon (Alhaji) Omoniyi and Alhaji M.A. Ajayi.
