Governor Ahmed Promises Even Development

Kwara State Governor Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed has promised to ensure even development across the state. Governor Ahmed said this on Wednesday when he received the Emir of Tsaragi Alhaji Aliyu Abdullahi in his office in Ilorin.

Alhaji Ahmed said he administration was putting finishing touches to a new infrastructure programme which will extend Road, Electricity, Water, Health and other sectors to all parts of the state.

Governor Ahmed assured that the government's new revenue drive will enhance the State's financial status and government's capacity to create infrastructure and meet other obligations.

On the issue of workers in the state, Governor Ahmed reiterated his determination to resolve the financial challenges facing the state rather than reduce the work force.
