Gunmen Kill Former Kwara State NMDAN Vice Chairman
Unknown gun men have assassinated a former vice chairman of Kwara State chapter of the Nigerian Medical Dental Association of Nigeria, Dr. Adewunmi Ariyo.
The 42 years old Ariyo, until his untimely death, was a father of a less than two months old son who was born in February and two girls of between nine and seven years.
He was murdered at Basin residence in Ilorin, Kwara State, about 10pm on Thursday by gunmen said to be numbering about five.
Efforts to get the response of the police proved abortive as the Kwara State Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Olufemi Fabode , did not pick his calls
