Kwara State College of Education Seals Partnership with Bode Saadu Community in Official MoU Signing

The Bode Saadu Outreach Centre of the Kwara State College of Education, Ilorin, was officially inaugurated on Wednesday, 27th August 2025, with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the institution and the Bode Saadu community.

The Bode Saadu delegation was led by the District Head of Bode Saadu, Lanwa, and Jebba, Alhaji Aliyu Olarongbe Gambari, who commended the College for its dedication to community development and collaborative education initiatives.

He expressed gratitude to all individuals and groups whose efforts contributed to the realisation of the outreach centre.

The delegation was warmly received by the College's management, led by Provost Dr. Ayinde Shehu Jawondo, who praised the community's initiative and reaffirmed the institution's commitment to supporting the centre's development.

The MoU was signed by Alhaji Aliyu Olarongbe Gambari and Mallam AbdulKadri Jimoh, Study Centre Manager, on behalf of Bode Saadu, while Provost Dr. Jawondo Sheu Ahmed and Registrar Mr. Yakubu Muhammed signed for the College.

In his remarks, Director of the Directorate of Continuing Education (DCE), Dr. AbdulGaniyu Abdullahi Niyyas, congratulated the Bode Saadu community and urged sustained efforts to maintain and grow the centre's impact.

The event marks a significant step towards fostering mutual cooperation, capacity building, and community-focused educational programmes.
