A Reservoir of Virtue: KWASU Condoles Olofa on Mother's Passing
The Council, Management, Staff, and Students of Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete, have extended heartfelt condolences to the Olofa of Offa, Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi Esuwoye II, following the passing of his mother, Alhaja Hawawu Awele Gbadamosi.
In a statement personally signed by the Vice Chancellor, Shaykh-Luqman Alade Jimoh, the university mourned the loss of a revered matriarch described as “a reservoir of culture, morality, and godliness.”
The statement added: “While we grieve her passing, we take solace in her enduring legacy. Her life was a testament to positive impact, and her influence on humanity will resonate beyond her time.”
The University prayed for Allah to admit Alhaja Hawawu Awele Gbadamosi into Jannatul Firdaus and to comfort the Royal Father, the Olofa, and the entire people of Offa.
