Emir of Ilorin to Lead JNI's Distribution of Educational Resources to Schools Across Kwara LGAs

As reported by Daily Trust, the Jama'atu Nasril Islam (JNI) Kwara State Council, under the leadership of the Emir of Ilorin and Vice President General of JNI, Dr. Ibrahim Sulu Gambari, will commence the distribution of educational materials worth millions of naira to all JNI schools across the 16 Local Government Areas (LGAs) of the state on September 28, 2024.

In a statement, Dr. Salihu Woru Mohammed, Chairman of the Publicity Committee for the council, said the event, which will be launched at the JNI Central Mosque on Fate Road, Ilorin, is part of the organisation's efforts to support the state government in its educational and human capital development initiatives.

He said that the event would be conducted by the state's Chairman of JNI, Dr Haliru Yahaya, the Emir of Shonga; and that the Executive Governor of Kwara State, AbdulRahman AbdulRazak, would be special guest of honour; while retired Justice Lambo Akanbi and Ambassador Nimota Niyilola Akanbi would be the co-chairmen of the occasion.
