KAM Holding CEO Praises Kwara Governor AbdulRazaq for Promoting Prosperity
According to a news report from New Telegraph, Dr. Kamoru Yusuf, Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of KAM Holding Limited, has praised Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, describing him as a builder of a prosperous Kwara.
In a congratulatory message marking AbdulRazaq's first year of his second term in office, Dr. Yusuf commended the Governor, who also chairs the Nigeria Governors' Forum (NGF), for his achievements across all areas of governance in the state.
He highlighted the Governor's interest in KAM Holding's operations as a positive sign for the future of the steel industry in Kwara and Nigeria.
Dr. Yusuf recalled that during a visit from the Minister of Steel Development, Prince Shuiab Abubakar Audi, to KAM Holding's plants in Ilorin and Jimba-Oja, Ifelodun Local Government Area, Governor AbdulRazaq had urged the federal government to consider KAM Holding Limited for the management of the Ajaokuta Steel Rolling Mill in Kogi State.
The Governor noted that KAM Holding's substantial investment in the steel industry demonstrates its capability to manage the mill effectively.
Dr Yusuf, in his congratulatory message titled “Happy Democracy Day to a truly deserving people's Governor”, said AbdulRazaq deserves every honour.
He said: “Our Governor, Mallam Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq, CON, Executive Governor of Kwara State and Chairman, Nigeria Governors' Forum (NGF), you deserve every honour and flowers on this fifth year anniversary of your leadership in the state.
“You are truly the builder of prosperous Kwara. You have succeeded in touching every sector with a touch of gold. Your support and interest in what we do in our establishment, gladden our hearts and assure us of a better tomorrow for the steel industry development, both in Kwara and the nation at large.
“On behalf of the management and entire staff, I, Engr (Dr) Kamoru Yusuf, the Group Managing Director/CEO, wish you and your entire lieutenants more of Allah's grace as you continue in your quest to better the lots of our people and give Kwara, our dear State a new face of prosperity in the comity of States in Nigeria.”
