NSCDC Nabs 7 Vandals In Kwara
Men of the Kwara State command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) have arrested seven scrap dealers over alleged vandalisation and theft of electric cables.
Speaking during their parade in Il?rin on Wednesday, NSCDC's Commandant in Kwara, Umar Mohammed, “Yau Yahaya and Musa Ibrahim, both 19-year-old scrap dealers in Oke Odo, Tanke area, Ilorin, vandalised and stole electric cables from the Jalala Quarters of the University of Ilorin.
“The suspects led the patrol to the scrap dealers spot at Oke Odo where the other five suspects were apprehended. They are Awal Issa (18), Ibrahim Mohammed (15), Aliu Abubakar (24), Sulaiman Abubakar (18) and Musa Adisa (21).
