Oloriegbe Mourns Jaigbade's Death, Condoles Family, Emir of Ilorin

The Senator representing Kwara Central in the National Assembly, Dr Ibrahim Yahaya Oloriegbe has commiserated with the family and lovers of the late Dadankuada maestro, Alh. (Dr) Aminullah Alao Jaigbade, whose death was announced yesterday after the ripe age of 121.
Oloriegbe in a condolence message expressed that the musical legend lived a worthy life through his chosen glittering musical career that spanned over eight decades, expressing that the deceased will forever have a place in the book of history as a hero that contributed massively to the promotion and preservation of African cultural heritage beyond the shore of the continent.
The lawmaker also extends condolences to the Emir of Ilorin, Alh. Dr Ibrahim Sulu Gambari over the loss of one of the pride of the Ilorin Community whilst also sympathizing with all performing artists across all genres of music in Nigeria and beyond.
He prayed to Allah to repose the soul of Alhaji Jaigbade and abide with all he left behind.
