The paramount ruler of Ibolo Kingdom, Oba Mufutau Muhammed Gbadamosi Ajagungbade I Esuwoye II, Olofa of Offa, sends congratulatory message on behalf of himself, his subjects and the good people of Offa to His Royal Highness, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Kolapo Sulu-Gambari, CFR, the Emir of Ilorin, on this special day as he celebrates 25 years of ascending the enviable throne of Ilorin Emirate.

All praises and adorations to Almighty Allah who enthroned and bestowed upon your Royal Highness, the much needed wisdom to have guided the ship of Ilorin Emirate thus far. It is our hope and prayer that He (Almighty Allah) grants you many more healthy years and inclined wisdom to continue to discharge your duty not only to Ilorin emirate but also to Kwara State and the country at large.

The Emir is a legal luminary who served the country meritoriously before ascending the throne of his forefathers. He is the Chancellor of Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi (having served in the same capacity at Nnamdi Azikwe University, Awka); and Chairman Kwara State Council of Traditional Rulers. He is an old student of the prestigious Offa Grammar School, Offa.

Kabiyesi Olofa in his remarks said "He has being a good father and a leader par excellence. I pray that Almighty Allah grants him many more prosperous years on the throne. Allahumo Amin"
