Date: 2019-07-25

The Comptroller of the Nigerian Immigration Service, Kwara State Command, Edith Onyemenam, has solicited the support of all stakeholders in the state. Speaking yesterday during her visit to the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu Gambari, she said the service would soon roll out drones and infrared light to monitor borders across the country.

She said she visited the emir to pay homage and seek his support as the chairman of traditional rulers in the state. ADVERTISEMENT She also paid a similar visit to the governor of the state where issues of security of borders in the state were discussed.

She said the service would help to strengthen security in the state through policing of borders.
