Date: 2018-08-25

The Nomadic/Fulani communities in the seven Local Government Areas of Kwara South have pledged their undiluted loyalty and support for the President of the Senate, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki.

Speaking on behalf of the groups, the Chairman Kwara South Nomadic/Fulani Community, Alhaji Ibrahim Muhammadu T., appreciated the Senate President for his purposeful leadership trait and his courage for the unity of the country despite the political persecutions. He stated, despite being Fulani by tribe and birth, it's only Saraki that they know who has always come to their aid all year round.

He said, "we can never be party to injustice, victimization and lack of direction of the President Muhamnadu Buhari's led government that has not only drawn us backward but has also divided the country beyond imagination."

They, however, applauded the various strides of the Kwara South Senator, Dr Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim, for his responsiveness to the plights of the Nomadic/Fulani Communities in the seven Local Government Areas of his Senatorial District.

"The Senator has been our source of inspiration and hope as he has never forsaken us in all his activities, programmes and empowerments. We, therefore, wish to say without being economical with the truth, that our support for Senator Rafiu Ibrahim and his Leader, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki come 2019 is total and uncontroversial."
