CCT Chairman threatens to sue Saraki's lawyer for contempt of court Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT), Mr. Danladi Umar.
Code of Conduct Tribunal chairman, Danladi Umar, has threatened to sue one of Bukola Saraki' lawyers in the ongoing trial of the Senate President for false asset declaration, Ajibola Oloyede, for contempt.
Oloyede had brought a motion asking CCT chairman to disqualify himself. The motion was immidiately thrown out as not being ripe for hearing.
