Ashworth joins ABS technical crew
The Technical Director of Kwara Football Academy, Paul Ashworth has joined the technical crew of Nigeria Premier League side, ABS FC as technical observer.
According to the Media Officer of the team, Jimoh Bashir, the arrangement was part of efforts by the management to rescue the team from sinking. Bashir said this was made possible because of the MoU signed by ABS FC and KFA, which covers technical and logistics.
He also informed SportingLife that the management has directed that all players remain in close camping till the end of the season.
As a result of their poor performance this season, Bashir said the technical crew and players have also been told to seat up and face the challenge squarely.
