Kwara-Ekiti youths endorse Ajibola

Ahead the general election, a group of youths in Ekiti and Oke-Ero Local Government Areas of Kwara State, under the aegis of Kwara-Ekiti Youth Movement, has endorsed the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate, Senator Simeon Sule Ajibola, for the general election.

At an endorsement rally in support of the governorship candidate, who is also an indigene of Ekiti Local Government, the youth expressed their determination to  mobilise for victory of all PDP candidates in the general election.

Speaking at the event, the spokesman for the group, David Busayo, said the forum was concerned about ensuring free, fair and credible polls, “that will give Kwarans the deserved freedom and lead the state out of doldrums.”

He also said that people of Kwara state are desirous of change, adding that the state had lagged behind for too long in provision of dividends of democracy on account of lack of good leadership.
