NPFL: Kwara United Promise Wolves Revenge

Date: 2013-04-29

The 2-1 defeat suffered in the hands of Warri Wolves in Sunday’s Nigeria Professional Football League Week 9 fixture will be avenged when both sides meet again Kwara United Coach Samson Unuanel has assured.

Unuanel who conceded victory to Wolves on Sunday at the Warri City stadium told futaa.com things will not be as cosy as they were in the return leg.

Wait and see

-I have no grudge about the victory but the only thing I will say is that things will not be this cosy for Wolves the next time we play against them. Until then we shall see. He told futaa.com

According to Unuanel the game plan for the Afonja Warriors was to steal at least point from Warri but the second half red card thwarted the game plan hence the 2-1 defeat.

The Coach said he will not be dragged to commenting on the calls made by the referee as it was on cable television for all to see and make their own judgement.
