'APC, Antidote to Underdevelopment' - Raheem Jimoh

Date: 2013-03-05

Chairman, Kwara South Senatorial District, Action Congress of Nigeria, Alhaji Raheem Jimoh, on Monday said the All Progressive Congress was an antidote to underdevelopment in Nigeria.

Jimoh also said the APC would accelerate socio-economic development in Kwara State.

Speaking after a meeting with stakeholders at Ajase, Kwara State, the ACN chief said the new yet-to-be-registered party would put an end to poverty and bring the desired development to the country.

According to him, APC will rescue the people of Kwara from alleged long neglect, poverty and high handedness in the corridors of power.

Jimoh said, “Kwara South chapter of the Action Congress of Nigeria passed several resolutions, including the current move to bring an alternative platform that will check the excesses of the Peoples Democratic Party in the country as a right step, not only in the right direction but a wake-up call long expected.”
