Members of the community commended the prompt response and excellent efforts of the firefighters, noting that the Fire Service was alerted on time, arrived promptly, and successfully curtailed the fire at its early stage before it escalated.
The Director of the Kwara State Fire Service, CFS Alabi Muhammed, used the opportunity to enlighten members of the public on the importance of prioritising early emergency calls to the Fire Service whenever a fire outbreak occurs.
