The leadership and entire members of the Third Estate of the Ilorin Emirate, under the presidency of Mallam Ahmed Ladan Gobir, received with deep sorrow the news of the passing of our distinguished son, legal luminary, and respected elder of the Ilorin community, Lawyer Kunle Sulaiman.

Lawyer Kunle Sulaiman was widely known for his commitment to justice, professional excellence, and his unwavering dedication to the service of humanity, Ilorin Emirate and Kwara State in general. His contributions to the legal profession and his positive influence within the Ilorin Emirate community will remain indelible in the collective memory of all who knew him.

As a proud son of the Emirate, he represented the values of integrity, humility, and intellectual brilliance for which the Ilorin people are known. His passing is not only a loss to his immediate family but also to the entire Ilorin Emirate and the legal community that benefited immensely from his wisdom and experience.

The Third Estate Ilorin Emirate therefore extends its heartfelt condolences to Maimartaba Emir of Ilorin, Alh. (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, the Sulaiman family, friends, professional colleagues, and the entire Ilorin Emirate on this painful loss.

At this moment of grief, we pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) forgives his shortcomings, grants him Al-Jannatul Firdaus, and gives his family and loved ones the strength and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

Indeed, every soul shall taste death, and we pray that his legacy of service, dignity, and community commitment continues to inspire generations to come. May Allah grant him eternal rest. Ameen.
