Kwara State Govt Approves Consultant Cadre for Pharmacists

The Kwara State Government has approved the Consultant Cadre for qualified pharmacists in the state, marking a major milestone in the professional advancement of pharmacists and healthcare service delivery in Kwara.

The approval was announced by Dr. Abdulraheem Malik, Executive Secretary of the Kwara State Hospitals Management Board (HMB), who congratulated pharmacists in Kwara State and across Nigeria on the long-awaited achievement.

Commendation for Leadership

Dr. Malik specially commended the Governor of Kwara State, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, for his sustained support and unrelenting dedication to the growth and advancement of the healthcare service delivery system in the state.

"His Excellency has once again demonstrated his flair for human capital development and professionalism, which are long-term solutions to the growth and advancement of our dear state," he said.

He also expressed gratitude to key institutions that contributed to facilitating this remarkable development:

  • The Office of the Head of Service.
  • The Civil Service Commission.
  • The management of the Kwara State Hospitals Management Board.
  • The leadership of the Association of Hospital and Administrative Pharmacists of Nigeria (AHAPN).

He urged pharmacists in the state to sustain professionalism, dedication, and teamwork.
