Kwara Governor Mourns APC Leader Alhaji Mayaki and Traditional Chief Alhaji Ologbin
Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has expressed deep sorrow over the deaths of two prominent figures in the state: Alhaji Musa Mayaki, a senior APC leader, and Alhaji Hanafi Ologbin, the Alangua of Adewole and traditional chief of the Governor's home ward in Ilorin West Local Government Area.
Alhaji Mayaki, a respected political and community leader, was a close ally of the governor, while Alhaji Ologbin held the revered title of Alangua of Adewole, serving as the traditional ruler of the Adewole Ward. Governor AbdulRazaq praised their lifelong contributions to public service, unity, and community development, describing their passing as a profound loss to Kwara State.
The Governor says the deaths of the two statesmen are a personal loss to him and to the Ilorin Emirate as they were positively impacted their communities.
Governor Abdulrazaq sends his heartfelt condolences to the Emir of Ilorin Dr Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari and to the families of the deceased.
He prays that Allaah illuminates their graves, admits them to al-jannah Firdaus, and uphold their families upon goodness.
