Gov Abdulrazaq Hails Prof. Abikan's Appointment as NIALS DG

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq heartily congratulates Prof. Abdulquadir Ibrahim Abikan on his appointment as the Director General of the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS) by President Bola Tinubu.

Governor Abdulrazaq says the appointment is a beautiful addition to the rank of public officers from Kwara State who are serving the nation meritoriously.

The Governor asks Allaah to guide the new NIALS DG and give him success in the discharge of his duties.
