Kwara Police Commend Peaceful Conduct of LG Elections, Praise Security Collaboration
As reported by Nigerian Tribune, the Kwara State Police Command has confirmed that the local government elections held on Saturday were conducted peacefully.
In a statement released by the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Toun Ejire-Adeyemi, the command attributed the success of the peaceful elections to its close collaboration with other security agencies.
“Through a well-coordinated security operation with other sister agencies, law enforcement personnel were strategically deployed to polling units and key locations, maintaining order throughout the process.
As reported by Nigerian Tribune, the Kwara State Police Command has confirmed that the local government elections held on Saturday were conducted peacefully.

“While he commended members of the public for their cooperation, the Police boss reaffirmed the command's commitment to continuous safety and security of the state”.
