Date: 2024-09-01

As reported by BSN Sports, Kwara United has appointed Ashifat Suleiman as the club's Assistant Coach, fulfilling a promise made by club chairman Kumbi Titiloye. Suleiman's appointment follows the recent hiring of Tunde Sanni as Head Coach, replacing the departed Kabiru Dogo.

The club had announced on Saturday that a new assistant coach would be appointed soon, and Titiloye confirmed that Suleiman will take on the role. He is expected to begin his duties immediately as Kwara United prepares to face Niger Tornadoes in their opening fixture of the 2024/25 season in Ilorin on Saturday, September 7.
