The Chairman of Lubcon Limited, Alhaji. Jani Ibrahim recently steered an equipment support programme named Jani Ibrahim Baseball & Softball Equipment Support Programme “JIBSESP” in Ilorin, the Kwara state capital. The official donation to some benefiting schools was flagged off on Monday 31st, December 2012 at the Baseball Park, Adewole, Ilorin, Kwara State capital.

Equipment and jersies worth hundreds of thousands of naira were sourced from the United States of America to be donated free of charge to schools that have been actively involved in the twin games. Some of the beneficiary schools are; Busari Alao College, Irewolede; Emmanuel Baptist College, Tanke; Effective International College, Tanke; Kingdom Heritage, Offa Garage; Trillium Schools, Irewolede; Eucharistic, Asa Dam; Sapati International Schools – Sapati-ile; Queen Elizabeth Secondary School; Messiah High School; University Secondary School, Ilorin.

The donation of basic equipment is aimed at rediscovering new talents through grassroots development from within primary and secondary schools to bridge the player's dearth existing in the game. This gesture has been steered in Kwara State as his home state with an intention to spread across the country.

Jani Ibrahim also doubles as the Chairman for the Kwara State Baseball & Softball Association. The occasion was used to mark the end of the year 2012 baseball and softball activities in the State.
