Kwara Govt begins training of CMDs, HoDs, launches hospital digitalization
The Kwara State Government yesterday began the training of Chief Medical Directors and Heads of Departments of 6 state hospitals and the Kwara State Essential Drugs Project as pilot sites towards the Kwara State hospitals' digitalization drive.
The hospitals are:-
- General Hospital Patigi,
- General Hospital Lafiagi
- General Hospital Offa
- General Hospital Isanlu Isin
- Civil Service Hospital
- Aisha Buhari Hospital
- Kwara State Essential Drugs Project (EDP)
The Executive Secretary Kwara State Hospital Management Board, Dr. Abdulraheem Malik urged residents to bear with them in case service delivery protocol gets a little delayed as they pass through this transition stage.
In his words, "Our main objective is to make service delivery faster and more efficient in the long run for your convenience.
"Soon as we are able to close all gaps that will come up during the pilot stage and are satisfied with the process, we will launch a statewide digitalization" he said.
