Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has directed the partial opening of the newly developed Flower Garden in GRA to allow families to enjoy beautiful moments at the serene garden during the upcoming festive season, a government statement said on Sunday.
"The beautiful garden has been redesigned to allow for enjoyable family getaways, leisure visits, meditation, reading, and relaxations. The redesigning has been done to restore the beauty of the area. Its alluring nature, trees and flowers have been carefully preserved to bring back the beautiful memory of the capital city, Ilorin," according to the statement.
"Officials will be on ground to ensure that visitors have fun throughout their stay, as well as guide against damage to areas that are still being developed for maximum pleasure of the Kwara public."
