The Kwara State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, rejoices with the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, Muslims in Kwara and across the country on the occasion of Eid-el-fitri celebration, following the successful completion of the Ramadan fast.

In a statement signed by its State Chairman, Hon. Kola Shittu, the party wished the Muslim faithful a blessed and peaceful celebration while praying to Allah to accept all their Ibadah (acts of worship) and requests during the just concluded month.

Shittu said "though the month of Ramadan has ended, its lessons and virtues should remain with us by replicating them in our daily lives towards a better society. Let's remain steadfast and devoted to the worship of Allah and continue to pray for the peace, unity and development of Kwara and Nigeria at large.
