Saraki, Mohammed will boost next-level agenda - Ogunniyi

A member of the All Progressives Congress in Kwara State, Mr. Seun Ogunniyi on Wednesday said that the appointment of former Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed and Senator Gbemisola Saraki as ministers would boost the next-level agenda of the President Muhammadu Buhari's administration.

Mohammed and Saraki are from Kwara State.

Ogunniyi, who was a member of the Governorship Campaign Advisory Council during the last general elections said this in a congratulatory message.

He said, "The good people of Kwara have no doubt that their respective contributions in the Federal cabinet towards the actualization of the Next Level Agenda in this administration will be meaningfully outstanding and peculiarly impactful.

"The nominations of these highly distinguished, committed and loyal party stalwarts is a very well deserved one. Their successful and smooth confirmation on the floor of the senate is a loud testament of their capacity, competence and the confidence reposed in them.

"I reaffirm our profound gratitude to Mr. President for according us in Kwara this great honour. On behalf of our teeming party supporters and the majority of Kwaran, I thank Mr. President for this gesture and once again congratulate Alhaji Lai Mohammed and Senator Gbemisola Saraki for been confirmed as ministers."
