Communique issued at the end of state CUTI emergency meeting at CAILS, Ilorin

The committee of unions in tertiary institution (CUTI) Comprising COEASU, COLLASU, SSUCOEN and NASU Kwara State at its emergency congress held at Kwara State College of Arabic and Islamic Legal Studies (CAILS), Ilorin on the 7th of October 2017 observed that the State owned tertiary institutions workers are currently facing serious economic hardship and challenges due to non- payment of salaries.

The unions in their unanimous resolution appeal to the Kwara state government for the immediate release of 2017 forth (4th) quarter intervention fund to the institutions in order to ameliorate the workers pathetic conditions.
