Saraki congratulates Abdullahi on emergence as APC spokesman

Date: 2016-12-02

The Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, on Thursday congratulated the newly-elected National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi.

Saraki, in a statement by his Special Adviser, Media and Publicity, Yusuph Olaniyonu, described the election of Abudullahi as a square peg in a square hole considering his track-record.

Saraki also stated that Abdullahi, during his time in public service, demonstrated his loyalty, intelligence and integrity, which will serve him well in his new national assignment.

"I have no doubt that Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi will be successful in his new role," Saraki said, adding: "As a former Minister, Abdullahi has the capacity to take the image of the APC to the next level as a ruling party and a party that promised positive change to the entire citizenry." Saraki wished the new APC spokesperson success in his new endeavour.
