Adah says no sightseeing at Kwara
FC Taraba attacking midfielder Stephen Adah has said stoutly that his side are not going for sightseeing at Kwara United.
The Jalingo outfit will be the guests of the Harmony Boys in Sunday's Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) match day 36 clash at the Kwara State Stadium in llorin.
Adah said his side have steeled themselves for the expected onslaughts from the home side in a bid to shore up their uncomfortable position on the league log.
"Of course, we are going to llorin quite hopeful to claim the three points at stake against Kwara United.
"We are not going for jamboree or sightseeing but a life line battle to chance keeping our top flight status quo.
"Three possible results are on ground, draw, lose or win however we are hopeful we will not leave llorin empty-handed.
"The encounter is certain not going to be easy given the not too comfortable position of the hosts, Kwara United.
"Kwara United are most likely to throw in everything in the clash to get the whole three points but we will not allow them the luxury as we are equally pressed for points as well as struggling too, to stay alive.
"We have vowed not to give up on the survival fight until the last match is played so it's not over for us yet," said the former Enugu Rangers star to supersport.com.
FC Taraba are bottom on the 20-team Nigeria top flight on 33 points from possible 105 though with an uncompleted match at hand against Nasarawa United.
