Mother of the former African Footballer of the year, late Rasheed Yekini, Alhaja Alhaja Sidikat Yekini has debunked the allegation levelled against the family by her son's lawyer that they are fighting over the late striker’s property.

The lawyer of the deceased Jubril Olanrewaju Mohamed had claimed on the pages of newspaper that the family have been making troubles with the two children whom the late Kwara born striker will 70 percent of his properties to and he has been managing the crises for some times.

Alhaja Yekini who spoke exclusively in a telephone chat with Pilot Sports on Tuesday frown at the report and also correct the notion that no one has the right to do so.

"Since my son's death, apart from the money they gave me on the eight days prayer, I have not received any money from individuals or group, I have been managing my life with little things am selling. As far am concerned, no rift among the wives or children over my son's properties", she stated.

According to the lawyer, Yekini has the BQ, the five flats of three bedroom at Ijagbo, then the mansion.
