The FIR added that the Omosuyi Olanireti (first accused) was seen by the shop attendant putting something in her laptop bag which made him to suspect a foul play.
The FIR stated that the accused committed the offences.
The prosecutor, Sergeant Mathew Ologbosaye, who had informed the court that investigation into the matter is still ongoing, objected to the bail of the accused and urged the court to remand them at the prison custody, Ilorin, pending the outcome of the investigation.
He submitted further that if the accused were admitted to bail at this stage of the trial they might jump bail having known the gravity of the alleged offence, which in turn would jeopardize the ongoing investigation.
The accused pleaded not guilty to the allegations and prayed the court to admit them to bail pending their trial.
The judge, Magistrate S.O. Sambo did not granted the prayer of the prosecutor as he admitted the accused to bail each at the sum of N10,000 and a surety in the same amount.
