Press Release: Bukola Saraki Condoles With Former Kwara Governor on Wife's Death

The Senator representing Kwara Central, Dr. Bukola Saraki has described the death of Mrs Adebayo, a former first lady and wife of Cornelius Adebayo as sad loss to Kwara and her entire family.

Speaking through his media aide Bamikole Omishore, Senator Saraki said " This is indeed a sad development for us all, I can only imagine the void that her passing away will create for her husband, the children and the entire family"

The former governor and Senate Chairman on Ecology and Environment said further that Kwara has lost a virtuous and hard-working woman who supported her husband to achieve greatness as a profound politician, nationalist and a teacher.

"No doubt, its a trying period for everyone who has had one form of contact or the other with her, her immediate family and close associates. But I hope that the family especially, will draw strength from the knowledge that the thoughts and prayers of Kwarans and indeed Nigerians are with you during this our of bereavement"

In his conclusion, The distinguished Senator prayed for the repose of the deceased and called for prayers for the family.

"On behalf of the good people of Kwara State, and my humble self, I express our heartfelt condolences to you and the family. We share in your grief and I join you personally in prayers and thoughts as you go through this difficult time of mourning" He concluded.
